Lovely patinated cross with a textbook "sewn ladies bow on wide ribbon" and a very nice C-clasp case! Looks like the version that sometimes is W-marked. Did you look for a engraved W on the same edge as the jumpring? If it were mine i would clean the dirt from the black and red/white enamel. Enamel does not get patina
