Can someone please tell me what the missing medal might be?

I think the last medal could possibly be another service medal. Maybe TR 25 years service?

Possibly a Third Reich Treudrienst-Ehrenzeichen for 25 or 40 years, with a big fat swastika to its front. That's why it's missing. They are often missing.

Of course, it could be many else. But this is most likely.

possibly a landwehr-DA 2nd class or a TD-Ehrenzeichen, like sascha`s post.
the good man was first a combattant and later an official....
that`s still today in germany...
