odd!! uniforms on these 2 with iron cross 2nd class

just got this PC in a photo album mixed with postcards.
this one is pretty odd!
are these guys from a shooting club or someother group??
both have the iron cross 2nd class mounted, ww1 vets they look young!

any guess guys.

Those uniforms could be from some kind of hunting association. There appears to be a stag head on the flag.

....and they are carrying Hirschfänger that have a clam-shell guard and hoof ended cross-guard. Typical hunting association stuff.
