Hello imperial members. I would like to get your opinions on this nice set. I haven't seen another imperial document completely written by hand. Is that normal?

Yeah dude, easy for you to say since you live in Germany
Ask me. i have to buy everything online and in higher prices too.
I can see a date 17.08.1881 on the hand written doc. What is that? The date of birth of the soldier? Unfortunately i don't speak German. It's sad coz i have so many things hat i can't read and i would love to. Recently a German friend who lives here in Cyprus came over a week ago and translated me some docs that i have from a group of a pioneer soldier.
I was very happy to hear all those things.sigpicLooking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377

I know what you are talking about (old style writing). My friend also said that the writing is an old style and it was difficult for him to read some WWI postcards.
Ebay is not a good place for buys. I used to be an everyday buyer but when i found this estand here, i stopped both ebay and ioffer. This estand has everything a collector needssigpicLooking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377

No. Im American. I was stationed over here for over 6 years in the Army but I was never home and my wife didnt want to leave her family and go to the States so I got off active duty and stayed here with her. My dad speaks German and my Grandfather spoke Swedish because my Grandfathers side were Sweeds and my Grandmothers side were Irish but I do not use a hyphen to seperate. I am an American. I come from a huge Military lineage going back to the Revolutionary War. I like this estand as well even though I have not bought anything on it but I find alot of prices outside Germany to be unrealistic. I have actually gotten alot of my collection off ebay. Alot of people talk bad about it but I have had better success from ebay than dealers. I find the copies on ebay to be easier to identify than the copies dealers sell. I have also had the chance to buy things from family members as well on ebay and some of them have given me extra stuff for free after I bought an item from them.
