Interesting. So he probably was awarded the RAO4 as a political or civil servant? Werent these only awarded to Officers or political leaders?

Funny you should mention. I sold my car and used some of the money to buy this. It would be funny to see some innitial reactions In reality I didnt need a second vehicle anymore
