Hello gentlemen, I was wondering if anyone had an idea of what this is and maybe what its worth? I can't find one like it anywhere.

It doesn't look military to me. I suspect it was worn with a fraternal order sword or that of some similar organization.

Thanks, its attached to an 1886 Prussian officers sword...I am going to list the sword soon...I appreciate your take on this thing.
