    1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class Question

    As I stated in my previous posts, I have no knowledge to speak of when it comes to these things, so if anyone would like to take a look at this iron cross and, if possible, maybe tell me a little about its originality, I would appreciate it.

    just go mate to imperial section and look at the first 1-2 threads, there you will see aproximatelly how 1914 version looks.

        Hello grandson and welcome to the forum.

        This is not an original 1914 ek2 and nor is it even a good copy of one. I doubt it's 'field made' either.

        An original is neither scarce nor expensive so you should be able to pick up something easily enough if you are looking to add one to your collection.

        You're also in the wrong part of the forum.... This section is for items from the Third Reich era. There is a dedicated forum for Imperial military further down the main menu.
