Bavarian medal from pawn shop

Hi All,
I saw this Saturday but was not able to get back to get it till after 1500 hrs today. Ended up trading for it along with a few other items that had come in.
I used to collect Bavarian medals, etc.. but do not find much out in the woodwork.
I hope you enjoy it as I am real happy to get it. All comments are welcomed.

Anyone know where to get an original piece of ribbon? I believe they are the same as 2nd class?

I ended up trading one of my Type 14 pistols with holster and a box of original ammo. I had $250 in it but could have sold it for more.

I would really like to see some good close ups of front and back if do not mind. I see these all the time and I suspect 99% of the ones I see are MVK 2's that have been gold plated. The quality of this one is far above what I see on the MVK 2 fake conversions to MVK 1.

It is nice to see that stuff come out of the woodwork. I find a lot of Imperial stuff around where you live and even more in the Milwaukee area. A lot of Veterans immigrated and brought their awards with them. There were parades in Milwaukee with Vets wearing Imperial uniforms from the 1870-71 etc.
