Unknown WWI German Ribbon Bar

I picked this up at an antique store the other day. This is out of my area of expertise. I believe this to be a WWI German ribbon bar. Can anyone tell me if that is correct, and what the ribbons are for? Generally speaking, how much does a ribbon bar like this go for? I hope I didnt over pay. Any help is appreciated.

They are the 1914 Iron Cross (black w/white stripes), Austrian war merit ribbon (used for several different awards), and the Saxe-Meiningen war merit medal. You can usually get these on ebay for $20-$30. Gary
