What do you think of this Imperial Flag?

I purchased this flag about 10 years ago and wanted to see what you flag experts think. I searched for other threads about Imperial Flags here on the forum but found very few that had photos of original examples. The flag is at my father's house so these are the only photos I can share at this time. Thanks!

IMO, based on material and design details, the
IKF appears to be a non-German commercial made
parade spectator example, as noted by the Orb "U"
claw feature, eagle's head, & poor printing quality, etc.
