funny enough this "Sturmtrupp" tobacco jar was brought back by one of the "Unlucky Otagos" who was on a good number of trench raids himself.

The lid is tight as and the whole thing completely air tight. Keeps a biscuit fresh for weeks. A real piece of workmanship of the time,
