Hi Martin,

Looks like a very nice, typical patriotic item of the WW1 or earlier era with a nice transfer (decal) of Kaiser Wilhelm II. Hundreds (if not thousands) of assorted types of souvenir items were produced over the years leading up to and including WW1, with the Kaiser, military leaders, flags, Iron Cross, and other various themes featured on them. I see nothing in your picture to make anyone think it is a reproduction or fake item. It looks 100% original.
