EKII with a difference

Just acquired this EKII with an unusual ribbon mounted on it. Is the maker identifiable?

Personally, I like that ribbon set up, but yeah, it does block the mark.

If it's possible without damaging the thread, you might need to gently shimmy the ring in one direction or the other in order to bring the maker's mark into view. Just be very careful when doing it (obviously).

Haha, I wonder how she got the combat ribbon, then.

My guess is that someone just didn't want to get it professionally mounted and did it at home, instead.
