    1813 EK2 replacement cross

    Hi guys,

    would like your opinion about this one, it is claimed to be EK2 1813 from 1850-1870 period, but I don't know something looks a bit off:

      I think there were a article on these crosses some where on the forum and the consensus were that they are bad.

        It's a "later manufacture" 1813 EK2 -- I would estimate, 1985-1995, Latvia

        It's called the "stepped-core" fake.

            Thanks guys, I suspected as much. There was also 9th bead fake from the same seller so atleast I am learning something
