Godet Knopholebar - Assistance Needed!

I just received this Godet knopholebar. Two questions:

#1 ~ Of course, is it authentic?
#2 ~ What award does it represent? Kind of looks like an HoH3X (maybe wishful thinking!).

Sorry for the terrible pics, but it's "a dark & stromy" day here!

Greg, that looks like a lapel pin for the HOH3X and would go nicely with your new HOH3X. "Gebruder Godet" indicates 1930's manufacture if I am not mistaken.
