    Unknown Medal

    Hello

Received this in a box of WWII patches and money.
I have tried to look him up but with no success.
I know its dated June 1908 but I thought some one here
might know what its for. 34mm across and rim is 2mm thick

    Thanks,Terry

It's a patriotic medal for the diamond jubilee of Franz Josef II.

          Hi

Could someone please translate what it says
under his bust? I am having a tough time
finding this medal listed anywhere. I have
found out that is a ribbon for female wear
so this must not be military related.

          Thanks,Terry

            It says "Kaiserjubiläumsfestzug" Juni 1908
with a onlinetranslator: Emperor's jubilee pageant
            K.

                  Hi

I want to thank you all for the information you have
provided me. I see mine also has the correct ribbon
in the female style of wear.

                  Thanks again.Terry
