I'd have concerns with the two different threads and stitchng on the backing material.

Is it because the back stitching is two different colors/types?

Correct Scott. It looks like two different threads and stiching methods. That lends the possibility that it has been opened and reclosed. The question then is Why?

Well for that there can be a million reasons... dont need to be a negative one...
Anyway the ribbon do not respond to uv light. the needel and the miniatures seems original.

Well I been surpriced many times in collecting, but anyway seems as a textbook bar to me.

But happy about any opinion:-)
