It is issued by the 14th Reserve Division, RIR 51 must have been part of the Division at the time of issue.
Authorised 31.10.17, issued in the field 3.1.17

That's odd, Reserve-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 51 was part of the 12th Reserve Division for the entire war. As far as I can tell, it was never in the 14th Reserve Division.

Were the 13th and 14th Reserve Divisions operating in the same area during this time?
