Unknown badge

Hi to all,

A collector from another forum has this unknown badge.

What is it ? Do you already have seen it ? Could you ID it ?
My first thought was that it could be an early SA badge...
Others think it could be from the "Koninklijke Amsterdamsche Zwemclub 1870", swimming club of Amsterdam. (www.konaz1870.nl/inhoud/Geschiedenis.htm)

Any idea ?

It looks like a factory employee badge with the serial number unfortunately looking like a date. Just my two cents.
