    help, prices EKs...

    Hi guys
    can I abuse your knowledge?
    I'm way out of date on prices...

    could you help me price these badges for a quick sale?
    I want to get them on the estand a.s.a.p
    any help, would be a big help!

    hard to say fore a badly repaired ek2 1870 ...
    don't know if you will be able to sell that cross easily .
    but first some nice close-up off the ek ,,(there is a very nice casted copy off that type off core .)



    ek2 1914 are already bottom priced ,,missing the main ring Hmmmm.
    not so good and hard to say what the price is .
    15 Euro

    the other cross ,,well 10 Euro ?

      I'll give you my thoughts if you reply to my email

      I'd say, for that repaired 1870 Type B EK2 with no ribbon ring, $200. Period repairs (as yours has) are common on the jumpring so there's no problem there, and ribbon rings and ribbons are easy to replace, so this would be a steal for someone looking for a good Type B EK2 that needs a bit of work.

      For the 1914 EK2, I would say $30. No ribbon ring, no ribbon, but a nice apparently period chain on a nice original cross.

      For the Hindy, I would say $20. They don't fetch much, but this one has a nice ribbon and seems to be in good shape. People collect these by maker mark, so if yours is a desirable mark, perhaps a bit more.
