Beware - German medal bars on eBay.de

There is a new ebay seller offering great stuff, but at least from some I know: he cannot have it. Stolen pictures from the internet, offered as "his ill father's collection".

I get this everytime I click on one of the auctions. Did he or eBay cancel the auctions because this says the auction has been removed or is no longer available.

The seller's name is myhobbysammlung, but eBay did react fast and yet removed the auctions.

That bar is probably a bad one Brad. Typical construction for the Austrian faker.

I'd like to see closer scans of the medals, but judging from the weird EK ribbon, and the fact that it looks like it was put together yesterday, I wouldn't touch it

That bar is no good. Some of the awards might be okay, others might be fakes. But then, who cares - the bar's crap. I think he offers one more of these...

This seller is offering quiet a few medal bars and single medals that are suspect.

He says all are original, yet he hides behind the German private sale - no refunds policy. I decided long ago not to buy from anyone with this policy no matter how good the item looks.

Why not start a thread and expose all of those selling fake crap and garbage on eBay. Or somehting with a quick reference of all known sellers of bullsh%#.
