Foward:
[For] Service to the Fatherland, 1914-1918
Reverse:
Fearless and True

The reverse has the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Saxony (or possibly one of the lesser Saxon duchies).

I unfortunately do not know what it is, other than a service medal for the EWK
