German Navy Sword

This the second sword I need help with. I tried to take better pictures of it. I assume this is a WW 1 Navy Sword. Can any of you give me the specific title for this sword? Also what it maybe worth? There is a little chip out of the ivory near the head of the lion. One of my pictures shows it. Also there is loss of plating on the blade of the sword especially near the end.
