From what I see, it's some Shooting badge of some Shützenbund Or Verein.
Maybe a Neckdecoration for a Schützenkönig. Can you show the back? Are there any Marks?

These shooting awards are very nice. The problem is that there are not alot of collectors out there, who collect such items. That means no good prices. If you want to sell it, list it in an auction. Possible you have luck!
