    some off you where wondering how easy it is to fake patina ,,
    let me warn you ,,it don't takes much

    Patina on real silver or silver plate is very easy to produce. After all it only is a chemical reaction. I guess it come down to how creative is the application.

      The only thing you have to do is to open the screw on your Car's Battery and hold the silver into it's fumes or buy a bottle of sulfuric Acid in your Drugstore.

          You can patinate silver easily with liver of sulphur. This is a chemical common to the jewelry trade and is easily available. Gary
