Hi guys,
Here is a neat little display I put together recently. It hangs on my wall next to my computer monitor, where I can always enjoy it.
The EK1 is marked "We", and the EK2 is marked "G" on the ring. Completing the display is a Verwundetenabzeichen im Schwarz, a couple of ribbon bars, and an "In eiserner Zeit 1916" medallion (given to civilians for participating in the "gold for iron" program), mounted in a period-proper pin-back bezel. The postcard is a romantic-themed item, talking about how his girl gave him her heart and remains loyal in joy and sorrow, etc.
Tell me what you all think of my display.
