The URL for the image refers to something like file:///C:/WINDOWS/Desktop/the wehrpass site%23/great%20war%201914-1918%

You can almost certainly see the image on the desktop of your Windows PC relative to the URL, but no one else can.

You must upload the file to webspace and post the URL again, otherwise there will be no translation forthcoming.
