I agree, a very nice piece.

Mine is by FR, probably Friedländer:

A nice piece, but (not only) in my oppinion not an awarded piece. Pieces awarded from the stock of the royal prussian General-Ordenskommission have no crown-halfmoon-marking and are of much better quality.

Please compare with Trevors Friedländer:
- the quality of the blue enameled Ring
- the letters of "VOM FELS ZUM MEER"
- the sword hilts
-............

But it is from the time, may be sold during or short after the war.
