i came across some medal /award abbreviations in a rank list and would like t oknow if anyone can identify the awards based on the abbreviations. they are as follows: LD2, BC4, TO4, TM3 . THANK YOU in advance for any help in identifying these. regards,,mike

Hi Mike,

LD2 = Landwehr Long Service medal
BC4 = ? Something from Bulgaria?
TO4 = Turkish Osmanie Order 4th Class
TM3 = Turkish Medjidie Order 3rd Class

BC4 is officer's cross of Bulgarian Civil Merit order.

I was thinking the "C" was for "Civilian"!
