Apparently, a J Wagner 14 Loth with tweezers.

Flange width looks out of whack to me, but what do I know.. (yet !)

Well, for starters, drop in on the other thread on 1870 EK1 makers. Based on what I have already said in that thread, this is a hump. Save your money.

Interestingly, having now seen a slightly better pic, this cross carries what appears to me at least, to be an attempt at 'I' Wagner maker mark, not a 'J' as the seller quotes...
