Bavarian Ribbon Bar...what's the 5th ribbon?

Recently won this from eBay. I cannot figure out 2 things:

-What is the 5th Ribbon? (Mecklenburg?)
-Why are there 2 Long service ribbons?

    Any help is much appreicated.

    Kind regards
    Pierce

    Close-up of ribbons in question:

I had first thought the 5th ribbon was the Mecklenburg Cross of Merit, but it has blue lines which this ribbon does not.

Possibly the Mecklenburg-Schwerin Freistaat Silbrne Rettungsmedaille issued from 1926-34. Note the thiness of the yellow stripe and I believe the blue on this ribbon has faded whitish.

Placement before the LS awards but after the hindy says alot. The double LS shows the confusion that occured when the regs were changed to the wear of 2 LS medals for active duty guys.

I have been going over some of my old threads and thought I would give this one a jump-start.

Does anyone have a photo of the Mecklenburg-Schwerin Freistaat Silberne Rettungsmedaille with ribbon? I think Don is right and that is what the 5th ribbon is.

I had done a search online but could not find anything.

            Kind regards
