    It'll take awhile

Hey Sal, I'm doing it off-line and will post it up when done. Taking awhile to put it all together. My "sit and stare at the screen" time is compromised right now!
    Hang in there, soon enough!

Thank you Rick, I will be patient.
Theodor, Too true! I am finding that I fell into Bulgarian awards but the more of them I see the more I like them!
      Best, Sal

Hey, mate, did you mean this badge? Weitze says, it is the version from 45 on.

All the different classes of the Bulgarian bravery medal had the same ribbon, right?

Yup, pale blue with silver metallic stripes is the generic "war ribbon" for ALL wartime awards.

                          That's what I thought. Thanks!

                            Hi,

Nice looking "been there" cross Sal!

A question on the hinge/pin/catch assembly. The assembly looks very similar to that found on some German pinback awards. Could this be a German produced example or did Bulgarian manufacturers/jewellers simply use a similar system?

                            Regards
                            Mike K
