hey guys, just got this photo, trying to find out if this is a ww1 or ww2 German photo, i dont see any markings on them like eagle patches, and the helmets look ww1 to me, but i would like to see what you guys think, thanks

now that i see this bigger photo, it looks like a patch on the man who is standing up, kinda looks like a Luftwaffe patch?

This image post dates 1934 and they are Army soldiers. The man standing is wearing an Army Breast Eagle. It is early Wehrmacht mid 1930s. They are wearing late 1920s pattern field tunics (M28) and the man kneeling is wearing the "experimental" and later issue buckle up boots as well.
