I think that core type was used by a number of makers, most commonly "WS," which is presumed but not proved to be Wagner & Sohn.
A shot of the pin, if it's original to the cross, may help us narrow it.
I could be wrong on the core... hopefully someone else will weigh in to confirm or refute.Best regards,

I had the same thought, and just got home to compare my Unknown Maker Schinkel () to George's photos, only to find you've done the work already!
Now we have to fix a maker to this cross, which shouldn't be too very hard now we know the core they use.Best regards,
