Anybody Know the Countess?

I've had this photo for ages and no good way to make much of it. Anybody recognize the lady, know what significance May 30th had, date her in college, . . . anything? A yellowed card taped to the reverse translates the inscription as "In thankful remembrance of 30 May 1916. Matilde Countess Stubenberg."

All I've been able to find out about the Countess was that she was a poet and writer, born 1863, died 1927, born Baronin von Tinti. Married Graf Stubenberg, later married Berger and took the surname Berger-Stubenberg.
