As with the others, I need to know what it is and what its value might be. This one is professionally framed and tastefully furled the actual measurements should be 51 x 14 inches.

The actual color is subdued by the glass. Gold in the emblem appears to be gold leaf.

Kaiser's Breit Wimpel ???

As with the others, I need to know what it is and what its value might be.
This one is professionally framed and tastefully furled the actual measurements
should be 51 x 14 inches.

, called a "Breit Wimpel Seiner Majestat des Kaisers" - the Kings
command pennant while at sea. Not carried by him, but in each ship's
flag locker of the Imperial German Navy to be flown on top if ever he
comes on board. Still worth IMO ~$2000 range as a rare flag example.
