Can anyone identify the chap on the far right? I suspect he's minor royalty of some sort. Thanks.

As for Feldgrau Attila, Feldgrau Dave has a beautiful one, and also Charles who we have not heard from much here also has a beauty. Tony

The Grand Duke didn't receive his own War Cross. His cousin Wilhelm Carl Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach did, and on the 1914 rank list he is identified as wearing the uniform of Hussar Regt. 11. He was born in 1853 (in Stuttgart - isn't that a Württemberg Crown there?) and died in 1924. He was characterized Major in 1897.
A Hussar, right age and rank, Württemberg and Saxe-Weimar connection. He would be my guess. Anyone have a picture of the prince?
