Probably a 1895 Jubilee version. Overall good quality, core details are a bit weak and worn but the frame matches one with a matching and better core so i have faith in it.

Thanks. A sand cast core for sure. When they pulled the form out of the sand they broke off the edge of the numbers giving it a double struck appearance. You can see where some of the debris fell into the date at the top of the 0.
