ek1 s/b... confused good/bad?

im confused on this piece. sorry i cant rip the photos, but what do you all think to this one?

vaulted screwback which has lost its backing plate.

it seems to be a DOV minus the screw plate to my eyes. having said that my eyes arent too good, so any help would be appreciated

I think you are spot on on your observations. Kay would be the go to
guy on this one, just for another opinion.
