                Yes I had noticed that. I wondered if that was part of a trade mark like the back-to-front Z in the name "Pforzheim" and S in "Ernst" I see on an IAB.

                  Nice one, but this is missing a miniature cross. If the oaks were worn without a cross just with a ribbon, they would not hang down but be fixed onto the ribbon.

                          Thanks for all the help guys.
                          Not much info out there on these-
                          I think I am going to keep this one for a bit.
                          Some of you had asked more more detailed pics.

                          PS: The cluster was hanging the proper way when I found this, the dumbass that I am thought it was on backwards and flipped it around. It has been corrected in the new pics.
