I thought that was fair... since the demand seems to be for WWII Iron Crosses and based on this condition.

I'd have valued it in the US$100-150 range. It is a FIRST class after all, silver marked and with no repairs.

I thought mint ones sell for $150 on EBay... less the 12% in fees... the seller gets about $130.

Maybe on eBay. But in reality, minty ones average $250 to $350, depending on maker.

For the one shown in this thread, though, I wouldn't pay more than $100-$125.

I'm with helmetbuyers here. This cross is that far away from mint that I, honestly, would hardly buy it even for US $50.
