      I would say an WW1 Hungarian commemorative button badge. I've got a sligthly different designed with a pin for attaching it to i.eg. a walking stick.

        I believe you are right as I have another similar badge with a better marked reverse.

            Yes You are right guys,it is a great war veteran badge for the Frontharcos szövetség (Front Fighters Association). They had an uniform aswell. Here is blurry a pic from my collection about their cap and tunic and you can also see the badge in wear.
