also the 3rd ribbon is for the max joesph order the highest order a enlisted man could get and its 3rd it should be 2nd!also i dont like the stitching on the back and the catch is very like the ohios you see!

This is true, but it could also go with a military merit medal or even a military medical medal (Militär-Sanitätsehrenzeichen). Also, I believe that the Military Max Joseph Order was awarded exclusively to officers.
