Secret Service Cross?

I came accross this item on ebay, due to my ignorance with the subject I have no way of gauging its authenticity, your opinions would be greatly appreciated.
In the auction the guy says it's a WW1 or WW2 german secret service cross.

Looks like some kind of fantasy or religious award. Austrian? Certainly not German.

On a similar note though, I recently purchased the WW1 Iron Cross, Hindenburg Cross & Civilian Badge you see pictured.



I am curious to see what you guys/gals have to say about it, the seller is a great one that answered all questions and sent photos on request, but once again, my ignorance regarding the subject would have shown.

This photo is one of the photos used to sell the item, I can take more if required.

The medal bar and the corresponding button hole device look fine. The 1st one looks interesting although not a military award or secret service..
