Is this 7,5cmd wide cross a periodic cross or a known reproduction.

It is neither. I would say this is part of a patriotic item, maybe a wooden box or something. You can see where it was attached to something on the back. It's an interesting item that would be nice in a related display, but it's not an actual Iron Cross.Comment

I was a little unclear in my question I know that its not an actual iron cross but just wanted to make sure that it not something that is made at a modern time.
If anyone knows where this cross could have mounted please let me know.
