    PLM copy, which?

    Hello,
could someone help me with this PLM-copy?
Any idea's of its age? Who could be the manufacturer? How much is it worth?

    Regards,

Sorry about the late reply, but I was away for the Holidays.

A great number of these copies have been turning up on the market lately described as "copies" or "1920's copies". Those two terms do not exactly mean the same thing. I also know of two reputable dealers who have sold examples of them as "RECENTLY MANUFACTURED COPIES." Since these two dealers would have nothing to gain by labeling them as such, I have no reason to doubt them. Therefore, I would regard them as copies that are probably still in production and nothing more. Beware of anyone offering them as "period wearer's copies." That phrase is the first refuge of a scoundrel.
