Unknown Order - help please

Hello I picked this up with some vet bring backs form WW1. Can anyone tell me what it is. I am assuming that it is imperial German.

All comment welcome. Then it will be heading for the "for Sale" table.

I see St. George on his horse killing the drageon - may be St. Georgs cross (Russia?)

Its from Greece. One of the highest Military decoration (three classes). The cross of valour.
