Who is this PLM holder ???

Hi all, I just got this postcard sized pic and wondered who the PLM holder might be. Note his death had on the visor. The other 3 guys wear the Stahlhelmbund badge as well as some sword stickpns, The second from left has an armshield and the one at the far left has a Schlesien cufftitle.

What do they represent at all ??
