What were the award criteria for the Prussian Red Cross Medal?

Good question-there's a whole thread on the RK medal below. It was given pre war for Red Cross service AND donations. During and after the war it seems to have required actual service in Red Cross units/hospitals. Donors got tinnies or the Wr Service Cross (sometimes).
