This isn't my area but i saw this on ebay today and i was wondering if a metal could last this long in this condition? I mean talk about mint.

I am not one of the " experts " but I would stay away from this one.
IMO it looks too mint. No patina at all, nothing at all to hint that it is
almost 90 years old. Also the pin does not look right to me. I don't
know why but it just looks wrong.
I am just a beginner but that is what I see. Someone with more experience
could tell you better.

That's not an Imperial-style frame, so it's not a WW1-era EK. It could have been made during the Third Reich or even later.GeorgeComment
